Description
This is a commission for , who also commissioned the Yu-Gi-Oh: Pharaoh Atem dragon that I made last year. She wanted a dragony take on life-writer's fantastic human version of Bill Cipher. I worked hard to fit in as many details as I could - I think I managed to get most of them!
One of the hardest parts of this piece was figuring out what color to make the dragon. I'd have made him entirely black, but I wanted the eyepatch to be visible so I ended up picking gold in order to contrast but still fit the color scheme. The most nervewracking part? Drawing the emblem on his back and praying that I wouldn't screw it up. My favorite part? The way those bits of hair fit together perfectly on the back of his head. xD
Handmade from colored polymer clay, a glass bead, and just a little bit of black ink. Crafted on commission.
